Farmstead Life Inc is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front of House/Warehouse Person. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in a fulfilling role that combines customer relations, warehouse operations, and sales, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage front counter operations, including serving customers and addressing inquiries

• Handle various tasks in the warehouse, including manual labor such as lifting 50lbs bags of feed

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records

• Utilize computer skills to manage orders and inventory systems

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

• Work independently and collaboratively with other team members

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently (experience preferred)

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries and orders

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment

• Participate in sales activities to promote our products and services

 

Requirements:

• Computer literate with proficiency in basic software applications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

• Comfortable working alone and in a team environment

• Willingness to undergo drug testing

• Self-reliant with a focus on efficiency and productivity

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
